“ I've walked in by chance for the 1 tacos on Tuesday and Thursday. What I got was not only the best dollar taco I've ever had but one of the best tacos I've had in Illinois. I am not sure why their score is only 4.0 but I didn't try the pizza. The tortillas taste very fresh and the food is made with love. 10/10 all day. I've only had better tacos in Queens and Tulsa. Not even Texas compares. ”

The red sauce is not exactly hot or memorable but it will definitely make you sweat. The place is often filled with locals and gets a lot of customers. Seating is limited to seven tables in the restaurant. Seating area is not air conditioned and there are no fans and visual entertainment is limited. There are two bathrooms and they are well maintained. I highly recommend this place for the 1 tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ”
